You just need two hours a month and the willingness to show up for yourself.

But first, let’s talk about the guilt.

Because I know it’s there. The voice that says you shouldn’t be spending money on yourself. The voice that says an hour away from your kids is an hour they needed you. The voice that says other moms are handling it fine so why can’t you.

That voice is loud. And it’s unhelpful.

Investing in yourself is not a luxury. It’s how you show up better for everyone around you. And honestly? It’s how you show your kids what it looks like for a woman to take care of herself.

So if guilt is the thing that almost made you close this page, I’m glad you’re still here.

How it works.

We start with a 70 minute introductory session. This is where we get to know each other, talk about where you are, and figure out what you want to work toward. After that, we meet twice a month for 60 minute video sessions.
In between sessions, you get a 5 minute voice message check in on WhatsApp. Think of it as a quick touchpoint to keep you moving, ask a question, or just say out loud what’s been sitting on your chest. I’ll listen and send one back.

What coaching with me looks like.

First and foremost, you will be heard. You will be seen. Not as someone’s mom. Not as someone’s wife. As you.
Because when you spend all day pouring into everyone else, your cup empties. And most of the time, nobody even notices. In our sessions, I notice. This is your space to be filled back up, not drained.

From there, we focus on what’s ahead. Where you are now. Where you want to be. What’s getting in the way.
You’ll come to our work with a coaching goal. The big picture thing you want to move toward. And each week, you’ll set a smaller weekly goal to keep things moving between sessions. Some weeks will feel like a breakthrough. Other weeks will feel like a slow exhale. Both matter.
We will bring in some creative exercises along the way. You don’t need to be an artist. You just need to be open. Creativity has a way of unlocking things that talking alone sometimes can’t.

This is not therapy. But it can work beautifully alongside it. Coaching is focused on your present and your future.

Bring your baby. Bring your mess. Bring your chaos.
I mean it. Your toddler is climbing on you during our session? Fine. Your baby needs to eat? Go ahead. You’re sitting in your car in the school parking lot because it’s the only quiet place you could find? Perfect. I don’t need you polished. I need you present. However that looks today.

It doesn’t have to be either/or.

Wanting something for yourself does not mean you love your kids any less. You can be a devoted mother and still make space for you. It’s not motherhood or you. It’s both. Maybe even a little more of both. That’s not greedy. That’s healthy.

Between sessions.
You can reach out via email anytime. And in between our video sessions, you can send me one 5 minute voice message on WhatsApp. Sometimes just saying it out loud to someone who gets it is enough to shift everything. I’ll listen and send one back.
