Have you spent so long being Mom that you forgot what it feels like to just be you?
As a mom of 3, I am here to help you connect with your self again and figure out what you really want, and how to make your next steps achievable.
Hi! I am Cynthia Belmer. I’m a mom of three, wife, coach, artist and author. I’ve been right where you are, caught in chaos of motherhood for more than 10 years. Getting in touch with yourself and what you want to do in your life after being a mom for so long can be very scary.
That’s why I am here to hold your hand as you re-discover YOU and figure out what to do with your life next.
What is Creative Coaching?
Creative Coaching is a different kind of coaching.
Unlike traditional coaching, we don't spend our sessions only talking through goals, problems, and action plans. We use creative self-expression, reflection, and solution-focused questions to help you explore what's happening in your life and reconnect with yourself in a different way.
You might paint, write, experiment with a creative prompt, or use another form of expression. You don't need to be artistic. The creative process gives you another way to explore what's going on beneath the surface.
From there, we'll use individualized coaching questions to help you recognize what's working, clarify what you want, and decide what comes next.
And unlike therapy, Creative Coaching isn't about diagnosing or treating mental health conditions or digging into the past to process trauma. It's a future-focused space centered on where you are now, where you want to go, and how you can move toward it.
Creativity opens the door. Coaching helps you explore what you find and decide what to do next.
What would it feel like to have the support you need to come back to yourself?
You wake up knowing that this week, someone is going to ask you how you are doing. Not as a mom. Not as a wife. You.
You start noticing what you want again. Small things at first. Then bigger ones.
You stop feeling guilty for wanting something that’s yours.
You learn to say no. You start putting yourself first sometimes and the world doesn’t fall apart.
You have a goal. Not a perfect one. But a real one. And someone making sure you don’t put it at the bottom of the list again.
You tap into a creative side of yourself you may have never even explored before. And something shifts.
You feel grounded. Calmer. More like yourself than you have in years.
You’re a better version of yourself. Better mom. Better wife.
MY COACHING METHOD
-

Creative Expression & Visual Exploration
As a fine artist and designer, I bring creativity into our work together. Vision boards, color exercises, drawing, collage. No art skills needed. This isn’t about making something pretty. It’s about accessing parts of yourself that words can’t always reach. Sometimes the best way to remember who you are is to create something.
-

GOAL SETTING & ACCOUNTABILITY
We set goals that are yours and only yours. Then we make sure you actually follow through.
-

Identifying Present-Day Challenges
We work with what’s showing up in your life right now. Not ten years ago, not someday. Now.
-

CHANGING YOUR STORY
Challenge the stories you’ve been telling yourself and start replacing them with ones that serve you.
-

Guided Conversation & Reflection
A space where you’re asked the real questions. The ones no one else is asking you.
-

Mindfulness Practices
Simple tools to help you slow down, check in with yourself, and stay grounded in the chaos.
-

Self-Care Strategies
Not bubble baths. Real self care. Boundaries, priorities, and learning to put yourself back on your own list.
