So who am I?

I’m Cynthia Belmer. Mom of three. Certified coach. Designer. Artist. Published author. And someone who knows what it’s like when life gets so full that you stop making time for yourself.

Not because you forgot who you are. But because there was always something else that needed you first.

The school pickup. The bedtime routine. The appointment you almost missed. The snack. The other snack. The third snack that apparently could not wait.

And somewhere in all of that, the things that make you you just kept getting pushed to the bottom of the list.

That’s not dramatic. That’s just what happens. And most moms I know are walking around with this quiet feeling that something is missing but they can’t quite name it.
I know that feeling. I’ve lived it.

But here’s what I also know.
Knowing something needs to change and actually changing it are two very different things.

I have done a lot of work on myself to get where I am today. And I’m still doing it. Therapy, coaching, reading, learning, sitting with the hard stuff, asking for help when I need it. I don’t believe in arriving. I believe in staying in motion.

I invest in myself because I’ve seen what happens when I don’t. And that’s exactly what I want for you. Not perfection. Not having it all figured out. Just the willingness to keep showing up for yourself even when it feels impossible.

That’s why I built Remember You. Because moms deserve real support. And there’s not nearly enough of it out there.
What it’s like to work with me.

Our coaching is focused on you. Where you are now and where you want to go. I’ll validate what you’re feeling, always. And then we’ll move forward together.

Sometimes that means setting goals. Sometimes that means just getting honest about what’s been holding you back. We might bring in some creative exercises along the way because I’m a designer and artist at heart, and creativity has a way of opening things up that talking alone sometimes can’t. But at the core, this is about you reconnecting with yourself and building a life that actually feels like yours.

I’ve been coaching for years. In 2014, I published my book, Meeting Freedom. And this work still lights me up every single day.

I’m not coaching from the sidelines. I’m a mom in the thick of it, same as you.

Few things about me:

  • I live on the beach and I will never get over it
Always making something, always experimenting, probably covered in paint

  • I meditate so I don’t lose my mind (it works, mostly)
I have a deep and serious relationship with baking shows. Don’t talk to me during a technical challenge.

  • If I’m not mothering, coaching or creating, I’m probably elbow deep in cake batter trying to recreate something I saw on TV

Still reading? Good.

That tells me something. You’re curious. You’re ready. Or you’re getting ready to be ready. Either way, I’d love to hear from you. Let’s start with a conversation and see where it goes.

MY COACHING METHOD

  • Focus

It all starts by learning how to focus on what you want.

  • Reflect

Next, you’ll reflect on what may be blocking you, and learn how to overcome these obstacles.

  • Refine

The last step? We learn how to continually refine what we’ve learned. Think of this as your new beginning.
